See Ezra go from being jazzed about his first They Might Be Giants concert in years to being bitterly disappointed in the space of one post.

To cheer him up a bit let me set the Way Back Machine(tm) to the halcyon days of January 2007 when the new year was still sticky with promise and no ones hands seemed likelier to get stickier than Steve Jobs who had just released the iPhone. I wrote a brief post about it to which Ezra replied:

"That screenshot of Jobs and the hand of God pointing to the phone is just crying to be photoshopped, by the way. (I'm seeing the ten commandments, the pillsbury doughboy, a memo from the SEC about Jobs' backdated options)".

Well, I heeded his cries (sort of) but never got around to posting it. The screenshot of Jobs was too small to really do anything with so I hunted down a better picture of an iPhone. Then I needed to find a better picture of a hand (which Ezra inadvertently helped me with). Then I couldn't think of anything particularly clever to do with Jobs and the hand and then...well...I got bored and went off on a tangent, as I am wont to do.
